James ready for the European Championship 2012

James traveled up to Scotland yesterday for the opening ceremony of this year’s European Championship.
The world’s best young golfers ages 5-18 descend upon East Lothian, Scotland for this prestigious U.S. Kids Golf European Championship event. More than 550 players from 35 nations compete in Europe’s premier junior tournament to showcase the next generation of golfing stars. The championship is held on Scotland’s historic golf courses in East Lothian: this year it is being held at Gullane.

James’ recent win at Wildwood Golf and Country Club has clearly inspired several local editors as he has appeared in Staffordshire Life, Streets Ahead and the Burton Mail. The fact that he is representing the UK in the Callaway Junior World Tournament in San Diego this July has certainly put James in the spotlight this month.
